6 Ways To Travel TIGHT

Travelling is a really fun thing to do. Who doesn't like to go around the world? Discover new and interesting places around the world. Well, as much as people love doing it, it is not something everybody can afford. Here is some tips for all of you on how to travel tight;

Plan Ahead
A spontaneous trip sounds great in theory, but unless you have a bank account like Beyonce, a little pre-planning is required. Sign up to discount sites like Groupon, which regularly feature holiday packages at lower prices. The only catch is that you don't know which destination will be on offer, so you can't be fussy about where you want to go. Also, join the mailing lists of sites like Expedia, so you can get alerted the minute flights go on sale.

Money
Want to take cold hard cash with you? Dave Boyte, market development manager for skyscanner, says, " Shop around, as rates change from day to day, and from provider to provider. Watch out for '0 per cent commission' adverts- these can often be misleading and should not be taken at face value."

Eating Out(Omnomnom)
" Eat away from the tourist destination"
Doyle suggests.
It might be lovely to enjoy a bowl of spaghetti overlooking the Colosseum, but that view will cost you. Heading a few streets back can halve the price of a meal. Also skip the hotel breakfast if it's not included in your room rate. Go have breakfast on the street. You will surely get great food for a third of the price of a hotel breakfast.

Sightseeing
Pick your moments. " Take advantage of 'Free days' or nights at various European Museum," Doyle says. "For instance, you can visit the Sistine Chapel and Vatican for free on the last Sunday of every month."If you're planning on tour , McDonald says to look it locally. "You will almost certainly get a better positioned to compare other offerings"

Accommodation
Couchsurfing.org is a great way ti find a lace to stay on vacation, but also try the lesser-known bewelcome.org for options. Stuart McDonald, co-founder of travelfish.com, says, " Bewelcome sticks to the original goal: To let you share place to sleep, meet other travellers, and help them on their way." Another option would be to do a little work for a roof over your head. Some hostels will let you stay for free if you offer to do a little housekeeping, so start practicing your mopping and hospital corners. *ok, this is funny! LOL.

Travel Apps
Use a Navfree app to find your way around, while your overseas. It turns your smartphone into an offline GPS. Use the Trail Wallet app (RM8.50) to set a daily budget and track all your expenses while travelling. You can also avoid getting ripped off on tips by visiting  tramex.com for its tipping tips.

Travelling is fun thing to do, yet it is quite pricey too. I don't travel often, but sometime i enjoy my free time browsing to some hotel room abroad. And i notice that, there is actually a lot of cheap 3-5 star hotel that we can find in the web. About the ticket, Air Asia have the motto stated "Everyone can Fly". Trust me, everyone can fly. I was quite shock with the flight ticket price that i saw in the Air Asia Websites. They really do offer a super awesome deal. And if you are lucky, u get a free ticket and u only have to pay for he tax.

Crave Control ?

Have you ever been hit with the overwhelming desire to eat something specific? Salty? Sweet? Spicy? Like me, I always have the craving to eat everything i saw in the internet, Facebook or Instagram. Only food of course. Well did you know why that thing happen?

Most times, cravings are speared by dehydration. So before you open that bag of chips, drink a tall glass of water. Once that's been satisfied, then zero in on the specific food that's calling to you. Chocolate cravings mean that your body lacks magnesium. Chips which are usually salty is usually triggered when your body is going through stress. Desiring for cheese signals a fatty acid deficiency which might not seem scary, but it could lead to a lack of beneficial fats such as Omega 3. We say, knowing and handling your wants, will enable you to address it properly with what it truly needs.

Alyssa say: A lot of people have the problem to control their craving, especially girls. I've tried the above tips and yes it works. By drinking water, you will actually feel better. I realize that when i drink less water, i am prone to crave more food. And it makes me chubbier by day. So people, why not when you started craving for some chips or chocolate, grab a glass of water. Trust me, it will make a different. In fact, it makes you healthier too.
